By using Shotgen Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service.

Shotgen Studio is provided as a tool for generating App Store screenshots. You may use the service for personal and commercial purposes, including generating screenshots for apps you publish on the App Store.

You are responsible for the content you upload to the service. You agree not to upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, contains illegal material, or violates any applicable laws.

Screenshots and marketing copy generated using Shotgen Studio are yours to use. We do not claim any ownership over the assets you create using our service.

However, we cannot guarantee that AI-generated text will be unique or that it won't inadvertently resemble existing marketing copy. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before use.

Shotgen Studio is currently in beta. The service is provided free of charge during this period, but we reserve the right to introduce pricing, change features, or discontinue the service at any time.

The Shotgen Studio application, including its design, code, themes, and branding, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The screenshots and content you create remain yours.

Shotgen Studio is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use of the service is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
